Shipping policy

The Urban Machine ships USPS within the United States.

All orders placed on our website will be fulfilled and shipped within 5 business days. If there is a delay in your fulfillment you will be notified.

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not once the order has been placed.

Please give mail carriers 5-7 business days to deliver package once you receive a confirmation email from The Urban Machine that your order is out for delivery.
