All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at tamijourban@gmail.com. The Urban Machine sells original hand-made pieces of art that ship directly from the artist’s studio. If you have any questions regarding a particular item, please contact us directly before purchasing. Remember to include the name of the item as well as product page link. We do our best to describe each piece’s dimensions, materials and sizes (in the cases of custom clothing, accessories and other wearable/usable art).
If you receive the wrong or damaged order, please contact us at tamijourban@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.
The Urban Machine uses a 3rd party print-on-demand service for all products in the Merchandise collection. We are not responsible for buyers remorse. For problems with items from this catalog please reach out to us at tamijourban@gmail.com.
